Police Scope Rifle Training
Precision Scoped Tactical “101″ Fire the “Perfect Surgical Shot”

This training workshop is designed to maximize the law enforcement sniper’s understanding and proficiency with the precision scoped tactical rifle. From the basic to the advanced, this workshop will benefit both those with no sniper experience as well as veteran snipers. Great emphasis is placed on marksmanship skills, maintenance of equipment and practice techniques.

Unique Police Rifle Training

Much of what is covered by CMI is not found in other schools. The primary goal of this workshop is for the student to gain the knowledge to fire the “Perfect Shot”. To that end, no time limits or other stress inducers are used to pressure the students. In addition, attendance is limited to law enforcement.

Subjects Covered 
• Firing the Perfect Shot – prone and field improvised positions
• Knowing Your Rifle – learning your rifles idiosyncrasies
• The First Shot – clean cold vs. fouled cold
• Support Equipment – bags, bipods, gloves, etc.
• Tracking Your Scope – checking the function of your scope
• Obtaining a Proper Zero – adjusting and logging your scope setting for various ranges
• Marksmanship Sustainment – practice techniques (dry fire, live fire, rim fire)
• Equipment selection – finding the balance of quality and serviceability
• Maintenance – cleaning your rifle and its subcomponents
